Some times you will see that adsense publiser not use their adsense referral.
Why ?... May be they think that they are never find dollar from adsense referral,this is hard way !!!...This care happen because they don't explore adsense referral potency.

Choose your theme, my be your hobby,some think that you are very like to do..
Let's we make example : Games !!!Let's you searching adsense referral about game.Start understand this ads and create content about this games around.
Something like : Download games , free games , java games,online computer games and etc.Then let's your place your adsense referral ads. My suggestion is above and rightside content.
- Choose your market.
You must understand where is the market target.You must think about global market.( Remember, referral ads character is adsense will send you money after your visitor have clear payment with the ads advertiser.This is why referral is hard )If you choose specific country,use their language.Don't write in Indonesian if your target is Hindi. (Best choice is write in English).
- Promotion .
Don't wait someone visit your webpage.Invite them .Make great and agressive promotion plans.More action you do with promotion, your dollar will grow up faster.
